Aging with Intention is an immersive wellness exploration for women who want to embrace aging as a joyful, compassionate, and empowering journey. This program focuses on deepening self-awareness, resilience, and kindness, with practical tools to nurture both mind and body through every stage of life.

Through evidence-informed teachings and ancient wisdom, simple and powerful practices, and community conversations, Aging with Intention will offer a supportive space for cultivating wisdom, self-compassion, and connections with other women who share your commitment to growing older gracefully and fully alive.
Unlike our general meditation and yoga groups, this program will focus specifically on essential topics for women interested in embracing the changes of aging, including ways of accessing greater physical and mental health (through guided practices that support self-care, self-reflection and community) during the hormonal and other shifts that come as we age.
